Express Delivery

Express Delivery is not a guaranteed next day service but over 98% of these parcels are delivered next working day when sent to mainland UK addresses (excluding Scottish Highlands). A tracking code will be provided to you via email once your item has been dispatched. Your order must be placed before 4pm on a working day to be received the next working day, orders placed on a non-working day will be dispatched on the next working day and will normally be received after 1 working day.

Special Delivery

Special Delivery is a guaranteed next day service. A tracking code will be provided to you via email once your item has been dispatched. Your order must be placed before 4pm on a working day to be received the next working day, orders placed on a non-working day will be dispatched on the next working day and will be received after 1 working day.

 We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of order; for orders placed over the weekend and on bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

Non collection

If you do not collect the parcel from the sorting office within 10 days, the parcel is returned to us. On receipt of the parcel we will refund you the monies minus £5 charges. If you would like us to re send the item a £5 charge is applicable.

International Delivery

No, we do not delivery to any countries other than those listed under any circumstances.

Are all of your products genuine?

Yes, all of our products are 100% genuine and are sourced from across Europe to enable us to offer you the best possible prices. All products come in their original retail packaging unless otherwise stated.

What are the differences between Pure perfume, EDP, EDT, Aftershave and EDC?

The differences are the amount or the concentration of oils that are in the scents. The highest concentration is in pure perfume, the next EDP (Eau de Parfum), EDT (Eau de Toilette) tied with EDC (Eau de Cologne) and Aftershave has the least amount of oils. The higher the concentration of oils, the longer your scent will last, and the less you should need to apply.

My country is not listed in your shipping options, will you still deliver to me?

No, we do not delivery to any countries other than those listed under any circumstances.

Can I collect my purchase from your premises?

No, we do not currently allow customers to collect purchases in person.

Would you consider accepting a lower price for the item?

No, all prices are fixed and lower offers will not be accepted or considered.

I would like to order more than one of the same item, will I have to pay additional shipping for each one?

No. If you order more than one of the same item you will only pay one shipping charge. Note: You cannot combine different products from our eBay Store into one shipping charge.

Do you accept payment by any method other than PayPal?

No, all purchases of our eBay listings must be paid for using PayPal.

Cancellation:

If you realise you have made a mistake when ordering, please try to contact us as soon as you can through the eBay messaging system with the word "Cancel" present in the subject line. We dispatch items very quickly and as such we have limited time in which to stop completed orders from going out. We cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled if you contact us after your purchase.

We will provide you with our returns address so you can return the goods to us at your expense. Please return the goods within 14 days. Please note, we reserve the right to await receipt of the returned goods, before issuing your refund.

Return or Refund

We want you to be happy with your order and offer a 30 day returns policy on all products purchased through our eBay store. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you at the price you paid for the product(s). Please note we will not refund any Express postage you may have paid on the original order.

We will always do our best to ensure that your product(s) arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur and we will do our utmost to resolve them quickly. Please check your product(s) on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible.

If there is a failed delivery attempt for any reason out of our control and the item is returned to us we will deduct £6 from any refunds for the cost of the return. If you would like the item resending we will charge you £6 for reposting.
